What is an Asbuilt Survey?

An Asbuilt Survey, also referred to as a Work as Executed (WAE) Survey, is a detailed survey conducted at the completion of construction works. We compare the as-built drawings and other documentation to the original design plans to verify compliance. We also perform a thorough physical inspection of the completed work, including measurements and other tests, to confirm that the work meets the required standards and specifications.Our team then prepares a detailed report outlining any deviations or discrepancies that were found and recommends any necessary repairs or modifications. When is an As built required?

What’s included in an As Built Survey?
